ChatGPT’s Rival Claude Launched By Anthropic

Lighter & Less Expensive AI

A competition to ChatGPT, the app with the fastest growth rate worldwide, has been recently introduced. Anthropic, which was formed by former OpenAI personnel, has released a new AI chatbot to compete with ChatGPT after Microsoft Bing and Google Bard AI. Claude, from Anthropic, is said to be easier to communicate with, more steerable, and far less likely to produce hazardous outputs than the other AI systems.

Features

The same features as the ChatGPT are available in Claude, which operates fairly well. Claude can assist with a variety of use cases, such as summarising, searching, writing creatively and collaboratively, Q&A, coding, and more. Claude is less likely to create undesirable results, easier to communicate with, and easier to guide, allowing users to achieve their desired results with less effort. Also, Claude can follow instructions on personality, tone, and behaviour. In comparison to ChatGPT, Claude is more conversational and participatory and its storytelling is more imaginative. Claude uses more reliable, up-to-date information sources like those found in search engines like DuckDuckGo.

Types

The Claude and the Claude Instant are the two variations of Claude that Anthrophic offers. Claude is a state-of-the-art high-performance model, whereas Claude Instant is lighter, less expensive, and significantly faster. In the upcoming weeks, Anthropic will most likely roll out many more changes. Claude is the ideal tool for a wide range of clients and application scenarios. Anthropic is certain to meet client demand since they have been investing in their infrastructure for serving models for several months.

Price & Updates

For prompts, Claude Instant charges $0.43 per million characters, while for outputs, it charges $1.45 per million characters. For prompts, the standard Claude charges $2.90 per million characters and for outputs, $8.60 per million characters. The context window for each model is 9000 tokens. Claude has access to several businesses, including Quora, DuckDuckGo, Poe, Notion, Robin AI, and Assembly AI, thanks to Anthropic.
