Edge Security System
A major highlight of this showcase will be a brand new Edge Security System that is built around offerings from its eufy smart security brand. This system is expected to be made up of their state-of-the-art HomeBase 3 data hub and a pair of the upcoming eufyCam 3 solar-powered 4K cameras. These individual products will be governed by a self-learning AI model called BionicMind, which will provide timely security alerts and insights to the users through the eufy security app.
While the security system only comes with these two products at launch, it will eventually be compatible with a variety of eufy Security devices, including the Video Smart Lock, Video Doorbell Dual, Floodlight Cam 2 Pro, Solo Indoor Cam and Door Sensor. This way, you can turn it into a comprehensive security solution for all sorts of residential and commercial use cases.
eufyCam 3
The eufyCam 3 is an upcoming flagship 4K security camera that will be officially launched by the brand at Gitex Global. It features a host of security-focused technologies like colour night vision, two-way audio, motion detection, a built-in spotlight, and a robust IP67 weatherproof rating. It even features a massive 13400mAh battery which can be charged through an integrated solar panel for non-stop power.
HomeBase 3
All the footage captured by the cameras will be sent to the HomeBase 3, a secure data hub with 16GB of 256-bit encrypted local storage. Depending on your data storage requirements, you can expand this storage up to 16TB through an external hard drive. This footage will be processed through an in-built self-learning AI algorithm and can be easily accessed through the eufy security app.
BionicMind AI
BionicMind is the name of the self-learning AI system that will use the security footage collected as a data set to train its object, pet, and person recognition algorithms. This means that as it gets more information about your home or office layout and the people that are usually present on the premises, it will be able to recognize movement patterns and authorized personnel with an accuracy of up to 99%. Once it becomes proficient enough, it will be able to automatically recognize any unauthorized entry and send key security alerts to you through the eufy security app.
eufy Security App
Users can use the eufy security app to check on any security alerts and notifications and access the relevant footage to see potential threats. The app will automatically catalogue and organize the footage according to urgency, time, and date. You can even upload images of family, friends and other frequent visitors and assign specific names and relationship statuses to each, so the system can better recognize them. This way, you will be able to avoid any false alerts and only focus on unknown people.
Anker technicians will be available on-site at stand SR-C22 to give a live demo of the entire system and how it can be tailored to meet your specific security requirements. They will also be able to provide an accurate price estimate for the same. So, if you find this kind of security system worthwhile, do visit them at Gitex Global.
