What is New?
Pronto is not the first pressure cooker to allow remote control via an app; during the past few years, Instant Pot has released several such models. However, Pronto may be more tempting for customers due to the auto pressure release feature and Smart Kitchen Hub connectivity.
Features
The bowl on Pronto is six quarts and has handles. Users are protected by safety sensors, an automatic pressure release and a steam diverter. Pronto can be used for a variety of cooking techniques in addition to pressure cooking, including sautéing, slow cooking, steaming, fermenting, sterilising, keeping food warm and weighing, thanks to its built-in scale. The air fryer attachment expands the range of cooking techniques by enabling air frying, roasting, baking and grilling.
Additional Benefits
Using the associated CookingPal app, users can manage Pronto and keep track of the cooking progress. As an alternative, they can use the device’s 4.3-inch colour screen to monitor events and change settings. With CookingPal’s cooking system, a dedicated tablet dubbed the Smart Kitchen Hub offers access to hundreds of recipes with step-by-step instructions and nutritional data as well as the choice to schedule cooking courses with the company’s chefs.
Price & Availability
The CookingPal Pronto is priced at $279. The cost of the additional air fryer accessory is $119. It will go on sale in the third quarter of this year, which is probably between July and September and will be globally available through CookingPal’s official website.
