Display
One of the main highlights of the model is the display itself, which features a 6.55-inch curved OLED panel that comes with an FHD+ resolution. It features a native 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate for an ultra-responsive touch experience. It is a 10-bit panel that features 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, as well as a variety of HDR certifications, including HDR 10, HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision.
The screen can get pretty bright in outdoor settings, with 800nits of peak brightness, with equally efficient performance in low-light settings thanks to 1920Hz PWN dimming functionality. The whole setup is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, so you don't even need to worry about scratches or mild fall damage. All in all, it is a great display for multimedia consumption.
Performance
As we predicted, the phone ships with the latest Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. Unfortunately, the other components aren't that state-of-the-art, with the RAM being LPDDR4x and the storage being UFS 2.2. You still get a massive stainless steel VC liquid cooling system, as well as an under-display infrared fingerprint sensor.
Other notable features include a Dolby Atmos powered dual stereo speaker, a strong linear vibration motor, a decent 4500 mAh battery and 67W of wired fast charging. You do get dual-SIM support, but there is no SD card expansion option with it. All-in-all it is a decent setup that will deliver usable performance in almost all types of use cases.
Camera System
The real USP of the phone is the camera system, which features a triple camera setup in the rear and a dual camera system in the front. The rear setup is made up of a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor, a 20MP Sony IMX376K ultra-wide, and a 2MP GalaxyCore GC02M1 macro unit. On the front, you get two 32MP sensors, with the main sensor being a portrait camera and the second one featuring a 100° ultra-wide lens.
The main camera in the rear gets optical image stabilisation, while the main camera in the front gets autofocus capabilities. Another unique feature for the front array is the addition of a new quad-LED flash module, which can switch between different colour temperatures. It sits between the cameras inside a new pill-shaped cutout that looks somewhat like the new iPhone.
