Design
The 6.71″ HD+ screen of the Redmi 12C has a notch for the 5MP front-facing camera. With a non-slip material and diagonal stripes, its back panel also features a fingerprint scanner and a dual camera system with a 50MP primary camera. The second camera lacks any information or specifics. However, one can assume that it has a depth sensor.
Specifications
Under the hood of the Redmi 12C lies the Helio G85 SoC, along with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of expandable storage that can hold up to 512 GB. The smartphone boots MIUI 13, but as the 12C only runs an optimised version of MIUI 13, you won’t be able to use all of MIUI 13’s capabilities.

A 5,000 mAh battery, a micro-USB connector, and a 3.5mm headphones jack are among the Redmi 12C’s features. It has a specific microSD card slot and is compatible with 4G networks.
Price & Availability
Three memory configurations are available for the Redmi 12C: 4GB and 64GB, 4GB and 128GB, and 6GB and 128GB, priced at $100, $115, and $130, respectively. Starting from January 1, it will be available for purchase through Xiaomi’s official website in a selected few countries. Information on its availability in more areas is currently unavailable. But more details about its global availability are to be expected soon.
