First 500 Hz Refresh-Rate Esports Gaming Monitor

ASUS just announced the launch of ROG Swift 500Hz, the first 500 Hz refresh-rate esports gaming monitor. The company partnered with AU Optronics (AUO) to create this ground-breaking gaming panel. So that they could leverage their exclusive AmLED technology for the monitor. This partnership led to the creation of this Esports-TN panel (E-TN) technology, which delivers 60% shorter response times than standard TN LCD displays, making it the fastest LCD display on the market.

The Swift 500Hz features a 24.1-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) display, which is rated for NVIDIA G-SYNC. The enhanced Esports Vibrance mode, which has been specifically tuned for esports, is built directly into the monitor firmware. This empowers precise control over brightness, contrast, colours, and refresh rate, all in real-time and based on displayed images.

It also allows more light to travel through the LCD crystals, giving colours new levels of vibrancy. Since latency is a crucial factor in esports gaming, the Swift 500Hz also includes NVIDIA Reflex Analyzer, which allows gamers to measure latency with just a single click.

With reduced motion blur, improved visuals, and lower input latency, the ROG Swift 500Hz is designed to give professional esports gamers an advantage in tournaments. Along with any other enthusiast gamer who is willing to pay a bit more for the best gaming experience possible.
