Features
Regardless of the lighting environment, all enthusiastic gamers can now enjoy a distraction-free gaming experience thanks to the monitor’s Anti-glare & Low Reflection (AGLR) display. LG‘s 27-inch UltraGear offers flawless graphics with little tearing or stuttering with its support for variable refresh rate (VRR), NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, and FreeSync Premium. Additionally, it features a 4-pole headphone connector that enables users to enjoy the immersive sound of DTS Headphone:X, supports HDMI 2.1 requirements, and DisplayPort 1.4 connectivity. The integrated remote control, however, offers programmable hotkeys as well as quick and simple display management.
Display
The UltraGear monitors come in two variants, 27GR95QE and 45GR95QE. Their screen sizes are 27 inches and 45 inches, respectively. The model 45GR95QE is LG’s first-ever curved OLED gaming monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio and WQHD (3,440 x 1,440) resolution screen, and it is a recipient of the CES 2023 Innovation Award. As the first 45-inch display with an 800R curvature, it also introduces a brand-new form factor that promises to deliver next-generation gaming experiences.
The matt Anti-glare & Low Reflection OLED panel of the curved UltraGear monitor is easier on the eyes than a conventional LED panel, allowing users to play for longer periods of time with less eye discomfort because it has been certified as a low blue light product by renowned international testing organisation UL Solutions.
Bright colours, deep blacks, and clear images are produced by the 45GR95QE’s exceptional curved OLED panel, which has a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio. This enhances the player’s focus while also bringing the onscreen action to life. The 45-inch model, like its 27-inch brother, offers a 240Hz refresh rate and a record-breaking response time of 0.03 milliseconds Gray-to-Gray (GTG). Utilising OLED’s enormous potential, the 45GR95QE offers complete game immersion. Additionally, since it spans 98.5 percent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, the graphics produced by game designers and digital artists will be vivid and accurately represent their vision.
Price & Availability
The cost of the UltraGear 27GR95QE monitor is $999. The LG UltraGear 45GR95QE, on the other hand, will cost $1,699. Both models will be available on LG’s official website, and it is confirmed to arrive in all offline LG stores around the world very soon. In UAE, the introduction of the new UltraGear series is planned for the first half of 2023.
