Features
The new pop-up cameras from ViewSonic are an improvement over some earlier versions, as they contain built-in fill-light LEDs on either side. They can also have their colour temperature altered, and the entire docking camera may be rotated five degrees in either direction. These features enable the VG56V Series to alleviate worries regarding better lighting and angle. The ViewSonic monitors also have industry-leading audio focus capability that removes undesirable background noise from either end of a conference link, in addition to their own dual speakers and 2-way microphones.
Build Quality & Connectivity
Additionally, the VG56V Series also has the ability to offer more secure webcams in devices because users can easily push them back down into the bodies of these new displays. The only devices in the series at the moment with FHD/2MP and 2K/5MP display resolution/docked camera characteristics, respectively, are the entry-level VG2456V and higher-end VG2756V-2K variants.
Both the models in the series feature standard ViewSonic VG-series features, including a pivot, tilt, swivel, and height-adjustable stand with a sturdy handle and a 100×100 VESA attachment. Even though the DisplayPort is input-only and the HDMI is version 1.4, both provide a variety of ports for full connectivity, such as one 90W type-C connection and an RJ-45 socket for gigabit Ethernet.
Price & Availability
The company ViewSonic has just revealed the prices of the models VG246V and VG2756V-2K. They retail for $358.99 and $480.99, respectively. However, the latter is presently on sale for $459.99 on Amazon. Both models are available for global shipping.
