Display
Cintiq Pro 27 features a high-resolution 4K display, which supports a 120Hz high refresh rate and a more accurate pen touch performance with virtually no parallax and latency. It is a 10-bit panel which supports 98% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB colour gamut. In addition, it also features Pantone SkinTone validation for accurately displaying the entire range of human skin tones.
In addition to delivering accurate colour reproduction, they have also improved the multi-touch experience, so users can pinch, zoom and rotate a model or sculpture while working with the pen. For virtual production work, the ten-point selective touch allows you to manipulate on-screen sliders and other features as well.
Build Quality
This new display is housed inside a smaller, lighter, more ergonomic body, which looks modern and is more comfortable to interact with. It comes with eight grip-style ExpressKeys, located on the back of the display for easy access. The whole setup sits on a new stand that is fully adjustable and supports +/- 20 degrees of screen rotation. You can also opt to get it with a VESA mount.
Pro Pen 3
The pen-on-screen experience has been vastly improved, as users can now change the pen's weight, barrel size and centre of gravity with the help of interchangeable components. The new Pro Pen 3 also has enhanced tilt recognition and features EMR technology with 8,192 levels of pressure. The cherry on top is that all of these features can be used without the need for a battery or charging.
