Health Monitoring
In addition to the regular watch functionality, the Falcon smartwatch also features the latest sensors for sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress level monitoring. The data is collected at predetermined intervals and can easily be synced with a variety of fitness apps such as Adidas Running, Apple Health, and Strava. The watch itself has lots of faces to display the latest information in easy-to-understand and colourful infographics, with the inclusion of a special sports mode, which maintains an always-on display to showcase the same. You can even increase the accuracy of these systems by adding other Bluetooth-connected accessories, such as a heart rate belt or sleep tracking ring.
AI Fitness Coach
All the data collected by these sensors is automatically fed into a smart training algorithm called Zepp Coach. This is a special AI machine learning algorithm, which can be optimized to your personal fitness goals by feeding your basic height and weight measurements. It then uses all the data to build a baseline for your regular metabolism and how your body reacts to various workouts. Once it has learned enough, it can then provide you with specific tips and insights about how to get the best possible performance while training. Even outside of personal coaching, the system has over 150 sports modes and workouts built-in right from the start so that you can easily push through all sorts of sports scenarios.
Smart Features
While going through the workout, the system can help you use other supplemental functions, such as active dual-band GPS tracking, with the help of several satellite positioning systems. You can also check your notifications and messages by connecting them to your smartphones and listening to locally stored playlists, thanks to an in-built 4GB storage and wireless headphone connectivity. Future software updates are expected to bring even more smart features, as long as you have a WIFI connection in range.
