Specifications & Build Quality
The StreamSet headsets have two different sets of earpads. The M50x earpads provide high-quality audio output with sound isolation, and earpads are made of mesh and leatherette that are breathable and comfortable. By flipping the boom arm up, the built-in microphone on the headsets can be immediately muted. A 2m permanently attached cable with a 3.5mm headphone input and an XLR microphone output is included with the ATH-M50xSTS.
Sound Quality
To produce full-spectrum audio quality output, the Audio-Technica StreamSet headsets have integrated technology from the 20 series microphones. The 45mm large-aperture speakers in the ATH-M50xSTS streaming headset produce sound with exceptional clarity over a wide frequency range. Both models feature a cardioid condenser capsule, and the output also includes a deep bass response. Because the capsule is on the flexible arm, it may be better positioned even when the head moves, just like the manual adjustments featured in virtual reality headsets.
Features
With USB-A and USB-C ports, the ATH-M50xSTS-USB also includes a 2m permanently attached cable. The ATH-M50xSTS-USB can now connect to Macs, PCs and laptops with ease, thanks to this. You can also use them with portable projection devices so that you do not have to carry around an additional audio setup. It has sidetone circuitry and an A/D converter that can operate at up to 24-bit/96kHz sampling rate. The earcups of the headsets also contain a dial for volume adjustment.
