The brand-new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy, the most potent and effective platform ever in a Samsung Galaxy smartphone and the fastest 2 Snapdragon currently on the market, was developed together by Samsung and Qualcomm to optimise the Samsung Galaxy experience. A larger camera than the Galaxy S22 Ultra is powered by a 5000mAh battery in the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which keeps the device’s size the same. The Galaxy S23 series’ processing power is increased by around 30% compared to the Galaxy S22 series thanks to a newly developed CPU microarchitecture.
Cameras
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features the most sophisticated camera system with enhanced Nightography capabilities. Object features and colour tone are improved by a new AI-powered image signal processing (ISP) approach that reduces the visual noise that typically degrades low-light photographs.
The 200MP Adaptive Pixel sensor on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, a Samsung Galaxy first, captures spectacular moments with remarkable precision. To handle many levels of high-resolution processing concurrently, it uses pixel binning. The renowned camera also receives an upgrade on the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23. The removal of the contour casing heralds a new era in Galaxy design that sets the entire series apart.
Sustainable Features
Samsung Galaxy has increased its use of recycled materials from the Galaxy S22 series, going from six internal components in the Galaxy S22 Ultra to 12 internal and external components in the Galaxy S23 Ultra. More recycled materials than any other Galaxy smartphone are used in the Galaxy S23 series, including post-consumer recycled plastics made from used fishing nets, PET bottles, and water barrels, as well as pre-and post-consumer recycled aluminium and glass. With an average of 22% pre-consumer recycled content, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 is a novel feature exclusive to the S Series that offers durability for prolonged usage.
Availability
The new Galaxy S23 Series will go on sale starting February 17 through top carriers, brick-and-mortar stores, online retailers, and Samsung.com. Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender are just a few of the four matte colours that the Galaxy S23 series is available in. Additionally, just on Samsung.com, customers may purchase premium hues, including Sky Blue, Lime, Graphite, and Red.
